A little pricy, but worth it!
The management has been super responsive. The complex is very quiet, nice, and spacious. I have no major complaints!

Great place, great management
I have lived in my apartment for 3 years and love it! The only downside is it’s one mile from the law school which feels very long in the winter

Decent Place
The complex is just one mile south of campus, about a 25 minute walk. Nice part of town, across the street from an elementary school. The apartments are newer, but not very well built. Cheap construction. Staff isn't very helpful, but having a washer/dryer is wonderful. Fine place for a graduate student; mostly other Grad students and young professionals live here.

A good place!
Park South is a great apartment building if you want to be a little removed from campus + downtown life. There aren't many undergrads around, and it's pretty quiet. Maintenance is super responsive to any problems around the apartment, and the neighbors are friendly though they keep to themselves.

Excellent place to live for graduate students and families
The complex is in a quite area and is very well maintained. The property is only a few years old, so there is very little wear and tear. For those looking to be just a bit out of the fray of downtown Bloomington, Park South is the perfect choice. You can be downtown in 5 minutes and anywhere in Bloomington in less than 15. I would highly recommend this apartment.
