Lofts on Broadway

The apartment is okay, but in my opinion overpriced. The apartment is very regular and missing many things in order to actually be a luxury apartment as its name and price suggest. While minuscule, the apartment has no doorbell system and while that does not seem like a big deal, when receiving a package that needs to be signed for or if you have guests there is no way to buzz anyone in or even be notified that one is or was there. The lights in the hallway are also not on a sensor so the fluorescent lights shine through every crack all night. There are also no amenities at all, which for the price there should be. The management is okay but they do not have an adequate portal for residents, the rent payment system is weird and on move-in day, the elevator was broken and there is no "service elevator." Overall the apartment is okay but with very few updates, old appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, TV that comes with the apartment is very outdated) and lack of infrastructure I feel the price is too high to justify renting here.
