Great Place to Live
I have lived in Burbank Estates for four years, and I just renewed my lease for a fifth year. I have lived in 2 different apartments, owned by two different individuals. The apartments are privately owned, which is beneficial because my past and current landlords have been very hands-on and helpful when any issues arise. The location is great, and the gate amplifies the security of the property. The rooms are large and have big closets with amble storage space. Each room has its own bathroom for an added sense of privacy. The living room and kitchen areas are large as well. The rent in the complex varies due to the different owners; however, it seems to be affordable across the board. I would highly recommend living in Burbank Estates.

I have lived at Burbank Estates for 4 years, and I really haven't had any big issues. I haven't had any issues with management, and the property is very well kept. I would say the demographic is older college students (like junior/seniors in undergrad), graduate students, young adults, and maybe a few small families; the complex is relatively quiet. The location is very close to campus, and there is a bus stop right by the entrance of the complex if you require campus transportation. The sidewalks and parking lot are kept well lit at night, and there are a few cameras placed around the property.

Easy to get from my parking spot to my front door. Safe, secure, quiet, close to campus. Clean, nice facilities, newer but not brand new.

Convenient with typical drawbacks
Good and convenient location. Less than 10 minutes to campus. Have had the occasional break in to a vehicle where someone leaves valuables in plain sight. Also typical issue with college student parties on Saturday nights. Otherwise noise level is good.
