Safe but has cons
I thought it would be amazing when I first moved here. They are luxury apartments. All the utilities other than internet and cable are included in rent so nice to have one bill. It’s a old hotel so the walls are thick and you can’t hear anyone else so that’s a pro. However. Windows are thin and cheap, half don’t even open, I can hear everything outside. Usually at night there will be people blasting music in the front lobby area. Washer and dryer suck, typical for apartments. No dishwasher and old radiator heating. Super hot in the summer and dry in the summer. If you’re not picky, want a gated apartment with free parking and to be downtown Toledo in a nice area than it’s great.
