A nice neighborhood
This apartment is cool and there are not a lot of activities that go in there making it a quiet place which I enjoy so much.

Maintenance is responsive but didn't fix the heating issues
This apartment is good. The maintenance is responsive; however, they could not fix the AC/heating problem. There is no recycling.

BlueJay Apartments Worth A Look
My experience at this complex have been mostly positive. Management is responsive but not intrusive and the online payment portal makes reporting issues and making payments really easy and convenient especially in COVID-19. I find the area to be relatively safe and have never had any issues with neighbors apart from occasional noise complaints. The price is affordable for Lawrence especially if you value living alone. And if you have a partner or a roommate, that makes the rent even more manageable. Water and garbage disposal are included with your rent and set up of other amenities is relatively hassle free. Nice layouts and good space that feels cozy without being claustrophobic. Parking is an additional fee and the wrecker does tow cars parked illegally from the complex on a fairly regular basis.
