Perfect Place to Live

I've been in this building for two years now and have no plans to move - it is a beautiful building, the residences are spacious, the amenities are lovely (gym, lounge, game room, rooftop with grills, dog park, outdoor courtyard). It's in a great neighborhood - Flatiron/Chelsea - and is very safe. There is a 24/7 doorman and the neighborhood generally is very safe as well.
