Upscale apartment complex with upscaled rent

Everything is very new, large floor plans, top notch appliances and very responsive management company. The same management company handles three of the 4 apartment complexes on this block, and they also own a club house that is actually a repurposed family home - it has a nice large patio on the back, large common areas inside and side rooms for meetings or studying. The upstairs is the management company's offices. If you rent from one complex, you have access to amenities at the other two. One of them has a rooftop patio with a couple grills (they use city gas, no propane tanks needed), another has a smaller ground level patio with an indoor and outdoor seating area and a grill. Dog friendly. Parking can be limited - there's maybe 3 too many cars at the Trolley when everyone living here is home - and may find yourself on the street or in the gravel lot behind one of the buildings.

Bars, food, shopping are all walking distance. Large windows, thick walls, economic heating/cooling, quiet living (a lot of renters at the Trolley are working/retired physicians and dentists). The only one bed at the Trolley has somewhat limited closet space for two occupants.

Upper end apartment complex

Upper end apartment complex, ~28 units total (4 stories), neighbors are young professional - older. Several physicians live in the same complex. Pet friendly. Management is very responsive.
