Gatehouse apartments

Nice renovated apartment right next to the interstate. Very spacious and more affordable than what you would get in Nola.
They provide us with our assigned parking spot included in the rent (as opposed to paying 100-300$ monthly in Nola).
Very quiet neighborhood.

Gatehouse Apartments

The complex is super safe (gated), with many great amenities. The interior is updated and very spacious for a 1 bed (800 square ft). They have many options, even town houses, at very affordable rates. Pets are welcome with reasonable pet rent. Parking, pool, and gym are all included. The management office is super sweet and helpful! Any issues can be reported on the portal and maintenance takes care of it immediately. If its after hours the on call guy is always available! Every few months they even do pest control for all residents that is pet friendly.
