The amount of space you get for the price is a good deal. However, the apartment complex is old and experiences maintenance issues from time to time.

You get a lot of bang for your buck with this apartment complex. The apartments are fairly spacious and come with utilities included. That being said there are quite a few concerns, the power has gone out quite a few times for hours. Additionally, the apartments are older so a lot of things break. However, maintenance is pretty good with fixing things.
