Studio Apartment
Very close to school, a lot of studio options available. Not a luxury building, but a large complex with an elevator. Mostly older neighbors and not many students. Most apartment units just got renovated. Some have dishwashers, AC units, and balconies. There is no washer/dryer in the building but there are a couple laundromats nearby. Building itself feels very safe. There is a super that lives in the building. Good management and pretty quiet building. I haven't experienced any pest problems.
