Harvest Complex
This complex is relatively new and has great management. They work really hard to create programming that is interesting to all different people. They have a dog park and seem really open on breeds. They also have a playground and are close to a park. The "older" buildings have fewer apartments per building (2-6) and come with a garage (both detached and attached options). They have package lockers that can be access 24 hours a day. There are multiple gyms, pools, and hot tubs. We had some noise issues with a neighbor and a management was really responsive and helpful. The gate uses a fob system rather than a code so it feels secure and there's 24 hour security.
