Safe and wonderful community, located in the riverside of 57th Street. Close to bars and restaurants in hells kitchen. There is a free shuttle bus during peak hours from the apartment building to Columbus Circle station. It generally takes 30 mins to school if you don't take the shuttle bus.

The building has perfect amenities, including a basketball court and swimming pool, an outdoor garden, and a library.

If you decide to live not so closed to campus, there is a great option.

The building has great amenities including an indoor garden with a grilling area, gym, pool, lounge, game room, among others. It is very modern and well maintained. Any issues are resolved quickly by the maintenance team. The floorplans are well distributed with large bedrooms and a decent amount of storage space.

Every aspect of Via57 seems perfect to me except the price.

The apartments are beautiful and have a lot of light. Most of them have a view of the Hudson river or of the indoor garden. The amenities are outstanding and include a gym, a pool, grilling area, library, lounge, game room, poker room, among others.

The only con is that it is not close to the subway. The nearest one is Columbus Circle. However, it wouldn't make sense to take the subway to the office anyway. The building has a shuttle that takes you to Columbus Circle on weekdays or you can take the M57 bus and get off a few blocks away from the office.
