Impossible to reach the office. Otherwise they are nice.
Reply to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Choose you place wisely.
The area seems to be good in pictures but in reality, it's not. So, my advice to international students is look out for the place physically before moving in.

West River flats
Most of my experience here has been good however there are some issues. The gate was broken when I got here almost a year ago and it still hasn’t been fixed. Management is pretty responsive to maintenance issues. There is lots of diversity here so be prepared for that. Sometimes the laundry facilities are full but I have a 2 in 1 so I lucked out.
