I wish I could stay here.
I've lived at Bayberry Pointe since I moved to Grand Rapids for medical school (June of 2020). I'm approximately 7 minutes from Secchia and Spectrum Butterworth hospital taking the expressway. I'm within one mile of a Planet Fitness and Family Fare, and within 3 miles of a Meijer and any food place you might need.
I have absolutely loved living here! I have a main bedroom and an office, two bathrooms, a nice sized living room that holds a 3-piece sectional couch, kitchen/dining room, and in-unit laundry. I also have my own private entrance, as well as a private balcony. The only downside about this apartment is that there is not a ton of kitchen storage.
I love that there is a small walking path between the complex and the neighboring golf course, and that there are trees and a small marshy area - I've watched a family of three deer grow over the past two years.
The staff here is fantastic - I had my heat go out once in winter of 2021 and when I called, maintenance was here within 30 minutes to fix the issue. When my car got stuck in the parking lot the same winter, another maintenance worker and a front desk worker helped me dig it out.
I live here with my husband and cats, so we both pay $575 - sadly, the cats do not pay anything. This place is worth every dollar!
