Nice Units and Location, Property Management Needs Work
The units have always been very nicely updated. The management can be a pain and can actually be quite rude if you have a complaint. With that being said, we have had great luck with maintenance being done quickly and efficiently.

Omega Properties
The apartment themselves are really nice. All updated appliances and hardwood floors. Management is nice but sometimes do not uphold certain provisions of their leases. If you force them to, they will but they are more interested in appeasing every tenant than upholding certain guidelines. Also keep in mind the location of this complex. It is close enough to downtown and the law school but you do get a lot of random people walking through the area.

Very Good
It is a very nice property and management is relatively responsive. It is also a pretty quiet building with mostly grad students. Under 10 minute walk to the law school, and about a 3 minute walk to the square.
