I don't know what this means
The location of my residence is phenomenal; I am in the middle of downtown, a 1 minute walk to campus, a safe walk to nightlife, and located in a safe, fun area for daily walks with beautiful views. The units are well-kept, and my neighbors are all mature and respectful young adults. My apartment is classified as a "one-bedroom;" however, the room is too small to be used as a bedroom, so I utilize it as a walk-in closet and treat my large living room as a studio bedroom. I do not have complaints about the size for one person, but I would not suggest it for more than one person. Other than the beautifully kept historic aspects of the building, my favorite part of the apartment is the parking lot included at no extra cost. Parking is never an issue for me, and the streets around me offer free parking after 8pm and on weekends for guests! The price for the unit is steep, and it does not include any utilities (water, electricity, internet, and cable are all separate costs). I am aware that most downtown properties are similar in price, though, so I understand. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my living situation and recommend Historic Charleston Apartments to people looking to experience the historic realness of Charleston.
