Affordable Rent; Mostly Undergrads
I live in a townhouse unit with 3 other law students. The apartment itself is great - super spacious, three floors. The management is pretty good. The only complaint I have it that a ton of undergrads live here, so there is frequent parties and the courtyard area of the property is not well maintained. The rent is super affordable for it being walking distance to the law school and downtown, which is why we chose it.
