Chinoe Creek Apartments

Chinoe Creek is in a great location and a short drive with minimal traffic to campus. Quiet area with good community amenities including a dog park, pool, gym, and tennis/basketball courts. The apartments themselves can be a little dated, but get the job done. The management is good and is very accommodating and is always willing to help when requested.

Close to campus and directly next a Kroger which has been great. Older style apartments but they have been renovated and I have had no problems! Lots of pet owners here so if you have a pet there’s a dog park and lots of green space behind the complex.

My apartment is only a 10 min drive to Chandler Hospital and directly next to a Kroger. The management is kind, and maintenance can be a little slow but are helpful. Some apartments are remodeled and others are older, but all have a nice porch or balcony. We have a small gym, pool, tennis court, and volleyball court.

Not too far off campus. Quiet space. Definitely lots of people with pets. Parking not difficult what so ever. Overall I love living here

I really enjoy this apartment. I feel like it’s the perfect location for off campus. It takes me ~20-25 minutes to get from my door to class and only have to be outside/walking for 2-3 minutes. Maintenance is on top of things and people are generally pretty respectful. It does allow pets so it can be annoying with barking dogs but I feel like you run that risk anywhere that allows dogs. It has a modest sized pool and gym as well as tennis courts, sand volleyball, and dog park. The absolute best part of this apartment is that there is a Kroger right at the entrance to the complex. When we’re snowed in, I can still get everything I need with the Kroger, a couple of restaurants, etc. all in walking distance.
