Not bad but expensive

Our current apartment is considered a studio but has a separate bedroom. Our current price is about $1350 a month not including Wi-Fi. The rent for this style apartment on their website is currently $1900+ which is ridiculous for a "studio". If you can afford it then this is a great building, I have had a good experience here but can no longer afford to stay. The price is the only bad thing. They allow dogs and there is a pet fee unless you have a service animal or ESA.
