Beau Chene Condominiums

Beau Chene condos are in a location close to many restaurants, stores, and (most conveniently) is only a ten minute drive to LSU. The units are clean, include appliances, and are quiet. Another bonus is that there is a pool on-site for renters that live in the condominiums.

The property manager is great and very responsive to questions / maintenance requests.

It is nice.

Locally owned and operated so I see the landlord regularly. He also is very careful about his maintenance employees and only hires people he thoroughly trusts. Maintenance issues are typically resolved quickly. The complex is convenient to campus and to a Tiger Trails stop. All paperwork is handled in person during limited hours (11-4 M-F). Safe area

Beau Chene is located in a convenient location 10 minutes from campus. the parking is plentiful, the apartments are spacious and well kept, and the amenities are really nice. Jeff has built a great community by using a model that allows students to get Rent Discounts based on their GPAs. This makes Beau Chene a great option for students with good work ethic.

Really solid! Great rate, apartment is really nice for the price. Safe, always parking. Mr. Jeff, landlord, is great. Repairs are quick and timely. Great apartment if you want to save money. Only about 10 minutes to campus. Probably majority male complex.

They offer good student discounts of $20 per 0.1 GPA above 3.0. The con is, you have to have atleast 12 LSU credit hours to qualify, not ideal for new students.

The management is good and they offer a discount to LSU student based on their GPA. That makes this place affordable. The LSU bus stop is close but you'll likely need a car if you're a graduate student because the lsu buses don't come this way after 6 pm, which is when most graduate students work.
