Tula Street

Good location (walking distance to main campus, 10-15 minute drive to the vet school); studio apartment, but bed and bath are on a separate floor (which works for me but is not disability friendly)

Only reason my rent is so low is because of loud noise from the bar next door

I'd like to preface with, I love my property manager. My rent is only $795 a month because of late-night noise that comes from the adjacent property. Otherwise, I could easily be paying $1000+ a month for my apartment. My apartment is a 600 sq/ft loft built in the 1960s that was updated within the last 10 years. The sound from the bar is awful during football season, Thursday-Saturday begins at 10pm and stops when the bar closed at 2am. No amount of noise complaints to the police will get them to fix the issue. However, during the the normal week, my street is quite and I love my complex.
