Can't Wait to Leave

The Good - pretty, well kept, friendly management. THE BAD- Not enough parking, Half Bottle Restaurant takes it all up on one end noon to nine, Verona Coffee takes up all the parking on the other end 8-5. There are times you will be parking a block from your apartment - so much fun with groceries. Apartments look pretty but cheap construction - the wind literally blows through the windows in the winter. NOISY - I hear EVERY step my upstairs neighbor takes - so noisy, like living below a bowling alley. You can hear EVERYTHING in the upstairs apartment - even bathroom noises. If the garage under you is rented out you will feel your apartment shake when they open the garage door - just hope they don't have a Camero - No amenities. Not worth the money - I can't wait to get out.

Great Fountain View with Balcony

I love my apartment because I feel like it's truly an apartment for a professional student. There isn't a lot of noise and I can focus on my studies. I wish utilities were included with rent but at least the parking is free
