Great Apartment for Grad Students
We've enjoyed this apartment. It is near to campus but far enough away that the noise is not too bad. It's very close to Pearl street with many restaurants and shops. It is also right along Boulder Creek, which is a great path for running or walking the dog. The apartments are a decent size but lack a little bit in storage space. It's a great apartment for dog owners, there are many residents with dogs and there's plenty of space for them. There are some safety issues but nothing too bad.

Great Apartment for Grad Students
We have had a great experience at 701 Arapahoe. It's a couple blocks from Pearl Street and from hiking trails so there is always plenty to do. It is also dog-friendly and our puppy can run around and play with the 10 or so other dogs in the complex. While it is right off the Hill there are few undergraduate students and the people are pretty quiet and low-key.
