Longborough Place review

Love the apartment and the location, which is close enough to campus to be able to bike but far enough away from downtown so it's quiet. Great landlord, always responsive whenever we have issues. Cute neighborhood. Only issues are thin walls and the neighbor's dog that barks a lot, the backyard floods when it rains, and it gets buggy in the summer since it's so close to the marsh.

Apartment review

Pros: Spacious, it's a 2 bedroom but the dining room/living room area is large enough that it feels like a 3 bedroom, updated appliances, each unit has a separate fenced-in yard, pets are allowed, safe and quiet neighborhood, access to a neighborhood dock, view of the Ashley River from the 2nd floor, free parking, can bike to campus, kind and responsive landlord, lots of closet space, close to cafes, breweries, and restaurants further up the Peninsula

Cons: some pest issues (roaches, rats, flies), walls are thin and can hear people in adjoining units, have to bike or drive downtown (can't walk)
