Cripple Creek
My experience at Cripple Creek has been pretty good. They are listed on apartments.com and other sites as individual units at 904 University Oaks Blvd, so it wasn't as easy to find as a complex with a more recognizable brand. However, I feel that the quality of the apartment matches the rate that I pay, and they do allow pets. I've never had issues finding parking directly outside of my unit. The complex is right next to a bus stop that goes to campus, which is great. I've had good interactions with management, and haven't had a ton of issues with needing things fixed or unlivable conditions.
