23 year old man
$750/month plus about $100 for gas, wifi, and utilities. Utilities are usually a little more expensive in the winter, but not too much more. Lived in this place with 3 others last year very comfortably, and we all paid about $250/month after everything. Close to campus, walkable distance to the bars, and right by Columbia Hickman. Downside is that it's an old place, takes a little work to keep it clean. Prone to insects in the winter, make sure you spray every so often.
