Overall Pretty Good!
I live in a loft and it is super spacious for one person. It is also nice having a half bathroom downstairs. There is a gym that is small but has brand new equipment and you usually have it to yourself. The place is well lit and has good security. There is also a dog park right next to my building! It is about a 10-minute walk from the IU School of Medicine Building. I give it an 8/10 because it is not very updated, the flooring is pretty cheap (laminate wood downstairs and old carpet upstairs). My apartment was disgustingly dirty when I moved in. Other than that I have had no problems and the staff are really nice!

Location is within walking distance to ISU campus and Union Hospital. Newly finished with lots of storage. Washer, dryer, and dish washer included. Management is friendly. Multiple dog parks on the property.
