everything rocks except management

If nothing ever breaks in your apartment, you will have a great time here. If you do need some repairs, beware that they are very unresponsive. The apartment itself is very nice and I love the location. My rent went up $400/month after the first year, so keep that in mind if you want to find somewhere to live all three years.

Dope apartment, just hope nothing breaks

The apartment is really beautiful and spacious, I feel like on its surface it's a good bang for its buck, but the maintenance comes very slow (the dishwasher was broken when I moved in and it took them two and a half weeks to come fix it). Also, if you have two cars, just know that they probably don't have another parking spot for you and you'll have to hope that there's an empty guest spot open for you.

Great Apt for Couple

No fancy amenities but is really nice, newly updated, bright, and in a great neighborhood with a park! We have a 1br + den, which makes for a perfect office for studying. About 3 miles north of campus. With the location, a car is a big plus here but is not completely necessary.
