Persistent Ceiling Leak
A ceiling leak in my living room went unresolved for five months—from December 2024 to May 2025—despite repeated maintenance requests and follow-ups. The leak caused a large ceiling crack and left my living room smoke detector non-functional the entire time.
I never received a clear timeline or meaningful update. The property manager eventually stopped responding to my emails altogether, and the issue was only fixed after months of delay and silence.
I’d strongly recommend looking at other apartments in Charlottesville where communication and repairs are taken more seriously.
