The 12 Twelve
The apartment itself is really nice, very clean and updated/modern. Building itself is no frills/no amenities, covered parking available if needed. No elevator and four floors. Mailroom/package receipt system is nice and I never worry about things being stolen. Management company is very responsive and helpful in submitting maintenance requests and fixing any issues. I don’t feel as safe as I have walking alone at night in other locations but I haven’t had any real issues. Lots of firetruck/ambulance sirens since there are care/rehab facilities nearby.

Great Apartment
The apartment is great. The appliances are all high quality, the whole apartment has hardwood floors, and the parking garage always has spots open.
There are large windows throughout the apartment, allowing a lot of natural light to enter. The blinds are also good if it gets too bright!
The apartment is also a ~15 minute walk from the law school.
The one negative is that maintenance can be slow at times.

The apartments are really new and modern. You can hear the people above you but it’s not too loud. There are a few maintenance problems but really good overall
