Flatiron
The property overall is well managed. It’s close to tiger stadium and the law center, so driving on game day isn’t usually a problem. Undergrad students do live here so sometimes it can get a little noisy on the weekends, but overall, it’s quiet.

University view Appartments
It is good for newcomers like me as it is close to the University. You can take a Gotcha bike for rent and reach everywhere around the University. Don't expect people to walk around and give some nice talks. Very rarely people come out of their houses. You can have a peaceful study in your room although the heater/cooler makes unusual noises.
