Nice, but decaying
My boyfriend and I moved into our apartment this summer. While the apartment is large and there are many parts of it that we enjoy, there are notable downsides. The building always smells foul, and if we do not leave the slider/windows open, our apartment will smell as well. We have recently uncovered that our building (95) has a roach problem. The first floor of the building has mushrooms growing out of the floorboards, and there are only two overhead lights in the entire apartment (none of the light switches are wired to lights). The apartment is perfectly livable day-to-day, but we will definitely be moving once our lease is up.

Apartment complex is nice. Laundry on site is limited, 2 pools, nice amenities and apartment itself. Not super quiet and not many lights in units. Free parking and staff is pretty much always available, good maintenance team. Super close to highway to get to Law School.
