Meh
If everything is okay, this is a nice building to live in and a wonderful location. But if something goes wrong and you need support, management can be slow to respond and difficult to deal with.

Stellar Management is Not Stellar
Location is great, but the apartment is small with little to no storage. The management company is terrible with communication, especially when moving in. But if nothing goes wrong, and you don't need them then you're fine. The trash gets taken out on time which is important!

Stellar Management is Not Stellar
The management company is very difficult to get in touch with. It's a lot of talk with no follow up. During the move-in process, I was told to reach out to someone at the headquarters. Several emails and several weeks went by without any response.
The super is around but does not respond to timely and simple requests. You have to ask for something to be fixed or completed numerous times before anyone actually does something about it.
