Small, clean building with no major problems
This building does not have any amenities, but it is rent-stabilized and a relatively low price for the area. It takes about an hour to commute to school. I have never had any major issues with this apartment, including no pests, no plumbing or heat issues, etc. The building management is very responsive, although it's a small building so sometimes it takes a little while to get things taken care of. It is not a luxury building, but it's good for what it is, and the neighborhood is clean and safe.

The apartment is nice and renovated, and it is rent-stabilized. I moved there in August. It is a relatively far commute from campus, but it was too expensive to find anything closer. The neighborhood is safe and has a good variety of places to eat, things to do, etc.
