It's fine.
Updated kitchen and bathroom. Small living room/kitchen. Fridge isn't full size which can be hard for 3 people. We have a backyard which is nice, but there isn't much light in the apartment. Landlord is fairly responsive to any issues. No laundry in building which sucks. There is a dishwasher which is great. Two of the rooms are fairly large and two of the rooms have nice closets. The commute to school isn't awful but there are times I wish it didn't take 30+ minutes.

Good Apartment
Solid apartment, rooms are decently large, kitchen is updated with a dishwasher and a full size oven/stove. The kitchen/living room area is small but we have a patio. Not where most people at Fordham are living but the commute isn't bad, only around 30 minutes. Good neighborhood, responsive management for the most part.
