So-So
Nothing special but plenty of room for one person and the unit is rent stabilized. Building is over 100 years old so there are the standard NYC problems from time to time...pests, issues with plumbing, etc. But nothing that would prevent me from living there again. Two blocks from A train.

Good size, rent stabilized
My unit is on the first floor which can be a little bit of a concern but I am overall happy with it. 750 sq, rent stabilized. Wonderful neighborhood. Quiet and one block from a huge park (which is great because I have a dog). Feels safe, lots of families live in this area. One block from the A train is a huge plus.
No A/C or ceiling fans. It gets hot!
