Too many mice
The apartment is horrible, do not recommend. Far too expensive for what I am getting, the hot water was broken for the first two months I lived there and the landlord/management company is a disaster and horrible at their job. Infested with both mice and cockroaches. Found mouse poop on my pillow.

Too many cockroaches
There are far too many cockroaches in the apartment. The space, while new fixings, is far, FAR too small for the price. The door is flimsy and a potential safety concern. Additionally, when I first moved in until two months in, I had neither laundry, hot water, or the ability to cook in the apartment. The management company is terrible and the property manager cannot be reached and refuses to answer emails in a timely fashion. Avoid the building if you can.
