Amazing East Rock apartment close to downtown and highways
2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in a house with 5 units total (3x 1 bedroom, 2x 2 bedroom), front porch that is 3 seasons, back deck, large patio, free laundry in basement, free parking in lot in back, well maintained property, great landlord (they take out the trash and bring it back every week), landlord plows and shovels in the winter, landlord is very responsive (put an entire new light fixture in over the island because I suggested it). Great location on a one way street on the south side of east rock, making it a 12 minute drive to the North Haven campus, 1 mile walk to East Rock park, and a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. This apartment couldn't be better, I lived here every year of med school.
