A Great Complex
This is one of the better places I have ever lived. Not only is it located in a charming neighborhood less than five miles from campus, but they have everything. A 24 hour laundry room on site, an on-site tornado shelter and a maintenance crew that will fix anything you may need. The staff are responsive and friendly, love living here while I am in law school.

Solid Landing Spot
No big complaints. The actual apartments are decent, no frills. Kind of feels like living at a holiday inn without the furnishing. Office employees are super nice, and you have access to all the amenities at University Club next door which is a solid bonus. Enjoyable area. Every unit has a big balcony, dishwasher, lots of closet space, and nice bathroom. Price increases as the floors go up. Laundry room is free (as of now, I think it was paid in the past, and perhaps could be in the future). Communal spaces on first floor with nice furniture/atmosphere, shared backyard, dog park, package room, bike storage, parking lot all included. No major problems so far! Will probably move out after the lease is up, just to see if I can find a place with some more "character" (again, feels like a budget hotel [which is my type of hotel]).

Decent for Student Living
I faced more issues when I first moved in, such as a leak in the upstairs bathroom. However, maintenance is speedy, and the front desk people are super friendly. It's been getting better.
