Vandever Lofts- Downtown Living

Overall nice building that is very secure with natural light. There is a gym in the building. Maintenance is very quick to respond to issues, even after hours. The other benefit is the location is very central, near lots of restaurants and law firms. Parking and electric are both very pricey and the parking garage is less than ideal. The only other major downside is the shared laundry, on weekends it can be impossible to get to the machine.
