Walnut ave
I love my apartment! It is in an old building that had been renovated really nicely. Still has a lot of the old charm but with all updated appliances. It is very spacious for a one bedroom. There are six units in the building so it is very quiet. It has street parking which has never been an issue. Two washers and dryers in the basement. I have lived here all four years and will be very sad to leave. The neighborhood is very nice with an elementary school and spacious park with a dog park two blocks away.

Property management is responsive when maintenance issues have cropped up. Built in the 1930s it has some fun older features like a milk and package delivery door in the kitchen but was renovated recently. Plenty of storage space with additional attic storage separated by unit. As with any old building, there are some quirks. Windows are thin and can be drafty without storm windows closed. Front door is thin and you can hear into the stairwell easily, but walls are very think and I've never heard my neighbors voices, only the occasional creak from walking by a shared wall. Overall a fantastic place to live.
