Only worthwhile is the rooftop

Pros: The rooftop is nice, when it's open. The front desk staff are nice and friendly and responsive. Near to public transportation. 20 mins walk to school.

Cons: Expensive. Tiny apartment size for its price. Little to no natural light. Heating and Air conditioning is unreliable. Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours do literally anything. No gym in the building (which given the price you might expect to have some amenities). Sink clogs easily. Studio layout is also not ideal. Terrible kitchenette. Fridge is the size of a trash can. Apartment building not very secure.

Too much expensive

It’s too much expensive compared to apartment size. Its rent fee is not transparent, some told their rent is lower than others even room features are the same.

850 West

The set-up is far from ideal. For the amount of rent we pay - compared to peers in other private accomodation - the rooms are incredibly small. The furniture included was scant and of very average quality. I've had to purchase additional items to make it work, as I know others have. The rooms are also quite noisy. In my case, the building's air conditioning/heating system makes a constant humming noise. In fairness, the location is good and the staff are usually very helpful.
