House on the hill
My apartment is in a sub-divided house with 3 other units. The rent is good, the apartment has updated appliances, laundry in the apartment and energy-efficient heating & cooling. It is right next to the greenway and is at the base of Mill Mountain, so great views and for being outside. The apartment does not have a dishwasher and only has a shower, which is a downside. It isn't far from downtown and close to work, walking distance to both. There is a small parking lot in the back and street parking out front. The landlord is very friendly and responsive.
