Perfect for what I pay
I split rent with a roommate so I pay $500. I think I pay some of the cheapest out of all my classmates. I spent probably $150 on bills like internet, garbage, water. I found the place through a classmate on the LSU buy sell trade group. It has a yard for my dog.

Townhome/Dubple
Sharlo townhomes is great. No company overhand, just a single landlord. Very safe and friendly people. Clear sidewalks that can walk dogs or just walk by youself. Close to campus and other fun things in Baton Rouge.

Great location, perfect for older students!
The Sharlo Townhomes are a quiet and convenient neighborhood to live in. I’m only 10 minutes away from the law school and close to a lot of different restaurants and parks. I also have a little backyard, which my dog loves, and a guest bedroom for any visiting family and friends. My only complaint is that the kitchen is a little small.

Sharlo townhomes have been fantastic, other than entergy being awful I have had no problems living here minus the occasional noise of the not so nice area nearby.
