Good house, good management
No issues from the property management company. Air conditioning has been out and maintenance schedule can be tough to work around with school schedule.

Rent a house if possible
My experience renting a house with fellow law students has been great. I'd recommend living with roommates your first year, at least, whether it's a house or an apartment. The house was great for me as a pet owner and also for more privacy, since it's more separated from other residences and we don't really have to worry about noise or being a nuisance to others.
