Newly renovated

Good amenities, pool, gym, little coffee/sitting areas, courtyard w hammocks and grills. The apartments have new appliances but the original floors so mixed look.

Great choice for a 1L

Very close to the law school, within a mile. Quiet community, unique, and a great place for pets. On-property dog park, walkable to city dog park, and no breed or size restrictions.

Overall, great experience. Responsive Staff. Only issue is that the surrounding area is still under construction.
