Poor customer service, terrible parking and policies

Just moved in a few weeks ago and they have the worst parking situation out of any rentals in 100 miles. If you have a truck or large suv, do not move here. They require you to park in a small "two car garage" or on the road where there is never parking. They do provide 1 parking lot that's usually a long walk to get too. They will have your vehicle towed if it's left in the half drive way overnight which will cost you over $525 to get out of impound. They will not take care of it or help you. They just simply say you signed during all the paperwork they go through.

They're also a revolving door for management here. They're on the 2nd company since they opened and we've had 4 different managers since we first started talking to them about moving here 3 months ago. I would seriously consider looking at other options if you have a larger vehicle or had a bad experience with large corporate companies that like to stick it to the little guy and then say, " What are you going to do about it?"
