Not too bad.
It is definitely pricey. It has a relatively unstable electricity supply at the beginning of extreme weather. But management is nice. It depends on your lifestyle, but 20min walking to law school isn't bad. Have bus stop, but I don't like taking the bus. So, I think having a car is a must to commute if you decide to live there. The best part of this apt is that it has ceiling lights. Pretty good on soundproofing.

Great apartment. Good quality, quite area, current bus routes from across the street to law school, underground parking available.

Excellent
The apartment was super clean when I moved in and management is very responsive. It’s a bit further from campus (about 1 mile) but the bus drops you off right in front of the law school.
