This complex is okay if you don’t have much money to spend on rent/utilities, especially if you’re taking out a lot of loan money. There are some really loud people at night and sometimes maintenance takes a while to get to you when you have a problem. However, there doesn’t seem to be any crime, and it’s pretty affordable. You get what you pay for: not much.
