2900 Lux Apartment Homes

I live alone in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment here living alone. It is affordable $1445 which covers most utilities. I have a great balcony and a lot of space. The complex has two smaller pools and a pet park. There is a public park with four tennis courts and running track next door and we have a private gate with keys to it. Management is responsive and helpful. Gated and safe inside complex.

The management here is takes a very hands off approach. By that, I mean not doing their jobs unless to threaten or harass residents. Newly renovated means recently painted. There will still be holes in the walls, issues with appliances, etc. Do yourself a favor and lease somewhere else. There’s likely a reason there hasn’t been a positive review of this property in a year.

This complex is very close to KSOM campus (about 1 mile). It is located on a main street, Sahara, but it is gated and located behind businesses making it secure. The management is responsive and maintenance is great. This is a very pet friendly complex with an attached park and smaller dog parks within. There are two smaller pools. The gym is adequate but has terrible hours (10am-6pm) as it is only open when the office is open. I live alone and have a two bedroom one bathroom space for $1399, the complex bundles most utilities which is $50 a month. The electricity and internet are not included which I pay $150 for. Great place for a couple, someone living alone, or a roommate you really like (one shared bathroom).

Overall I really love living here, I have no issues and I love having a balcony and being so close to school!
